The team at Carolina Meran approached us about using our new e-commerce approach for their online boutique jewellery store. They wanted something that was going to be cheap to get up and running, but that also gave them complete freedom over the user inteface, and supported multi-language.
For now, a template driven approach as seen with popular e-commerce platforms like Magento simply wasn't going to work for them. Using our solution delivered using Ruby-on-Rails, they were able to achieve this quickly and comparitively cheaply.
